*I have read the Kid’s Track Volunteer Handbook; and

*I understand that if I am 18 years or older, I will need to complete the PA Child Abuse Clearance, State Police Criminal Background Check, and FBI fingerprint Report/sign waver before I am eligible to volunteer.
